This page explains how users of Tonus Health can request deletion of their account and associated data.

How To Delete Your Account In The App
If you can access your account:
- Open Tonus Health.
- Go to
Settings. - Select
Account. - Select
Delete Account. - Confirm the deletion request.
How To Request Deletion From The Website
If you cannot access the app, email us at:
Use the subject line:
Tonus Health Account Deletion Request
Include:
- The email address used for your Tonus Health account
- Your country
- A short confirmation that you want your account deleted
Do not send your password.
What We Delete
When your request is verified, we delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including:
- Account profile information
- Meal logs
- Nutrition goals
- Saved recipes or preferences linked to your account
- Progress entries
- App access status linked to your account
- Push notification tokens
What We May Keep
We may retain limited information where necessary for:
- Legal obligations
- Security and fraud prevention
- Code redemption abuse prevention
- Dispute resolution
- Accounting or business records, where applicable
For example, we may keep a limited record that a specific Tonus package code was already redeemed so it cannot be used again.
Timeline
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or security review.
Important
Deleting your account may permanently remove your app history, meal logs, code redemption benefits, access days, saved recipes, and progress data.
Temporary account deactivation is not the same as deletion.
