Tonus Code Redemption Terms

These Code Redemption Terms explain how Tonus package codes may be used in Tonus Health.
1. What Codes Do
Tonus package codes may unlock app access days, loyalty access, premium recipes, bonus content, challenges, or other benefits inside Tonus Health.
Current MVP rule:
- One valid Tonus package code may add 3 days of app access or app benefits.
The exact benefit shown in the app at the time of redemption applies.
2. Code Rules
Unless otherwise stated:
- Each code can be redeemed once.
- Codes are linked to the account that redeems them.
- Codes may not be sold, copied, shared publicly, exchanged for cash, or transferred.
- Codes may expire.
- Damaged, unreadable, expired, duplicate, or invalid codes may not work.
- We may reject or revoke codes if we detect abuse, fraud, technical error, or unauthorized distribution.
3. Stacking
If the app allows stacking, multiple valid codes may add multiple access periods or benefits to the same account.
Example:
- 1 valid code = 3 days
- 3 valid codes = 9 days
The app will show your active access balance where applicable.
4. Abuse Prevention
We may use technical and account signals to prevent abuse, including:
- Duplicate redemption detection
- Suspicious redemption patterns
- Code batch validation
- Account-level limits
- Device and security signals
Accounts that abuse codes may lose access to benefits or be suspended.
5. No Cash Value
Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, refunds, store credit, or replacement products unless required by law.
6. Lost Or Damaged Codes
If your code is damaged or unreadable, contact support:
Include a photo of the package or code and purchase information if available.
We do not guarantee replacement of lost, stolen, damaged, or already redeemed codes.
7. Changes
We may change code rules, access periods, expiry rules, eligible products, or benefits at any time.
We will try to avoid unfairly removing already-redeemed valid access, but we may correct errors or abuse.
